I can see why this failed in 1980, every time the Americans get involved with trying to make Jackie Chan movies they somehow screw him over with the script or action scenes. So glad he made most his movies in China. This is far from his best work.
Fun movie.... comfortable,predictable,but still completely enjoyable with clever, nicely choreographed fight scenes!
